Beach Front Yoga

Come spend an hour practicing yoga along the beautiful waterfront of Lakeside Beach! Students of all levels can develop strength, balance and flexibility. Modifications are offered for students of all skill levels so that each student will get the most benefit from his/her practice. Each drop-in class is led by a fully insured and certified Yoga Alliance RYT instructor. Mats and blocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis and it is recommended to bring a beach towel and water bottle. This program is put on by Happy Dog Yoga. Registration is taken on-site only. No Class July 4.*Program is weather permitting

Beach Volleyball Camp

Boys and girls of all abilities are welcome to join our enthusiastic instructors for volleyball at the beach. Players are introduced to six-person team play and coached on correct ball handling, passing, setting and hitting. Participants will learn why team strategy and understanding technique are a big part of the game. Campers should apply sun screen prior to camp. Please bring water, snacks and comfortable clothing to wear at camp.

Bitty Baseball Camp

Instructional baseball camp for 4 to 6 year old boys and girls. Players will learn the basic fundamentals of baseball in a relaxed and fun-filled atmosphere. We will focus on hitting, running, fielding and throwing.

Recreational Activities for People with Developmental Disabilities

Little Ninjas Karate - Spring Session
